Refund & Cancellation Policy

MARSIF LLC provides custom digital and technology services. Because each project involves work performed specifically for the client, refunds are assessed based on the work and costs involved. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a project or ongoing service at any time by emailing billing@marsif.net. Please include your name, business name, and the project or invoice reference.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• Whether work has started
• The amount of work already completed
• Work already delivered
• Project milestones reached
• Non-refundable third-party expenses
• Custom work already performed
• The applicable proposal or service agreement

If you cancel before any work has started, amounts paid are generally refundable, less any third-party costs already incurred. If work has started, we may retain an amount reasonably reflecting the work performed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date, and refund any remaining balance.

3. Third-Party Expenses

Third-party expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer may not be refundable. Examples include:

• Domain registrations
• Hosting
• Software licenses
• Third-party subscriptions
• External services

Where possible, accounts and assets purchased for you will be transferred to you.

4. Ongoing Services

Ongoing support or maintenance arrangements can be cancelled for future billing periods. Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Project-Specific Terms

Where a signed proposal or service agreement contains specific cancellation or refund provisions, those provisions apply to that project to the extent legally permitted.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
